Dine-in @ plan B, Paradigm Mall

I have been mumbling to myself that I need to get a brand new laptop long times already since it has spoiled, but yet I didn't put on action. My first laptop was purchased at KLCC PC fair when I was freshie and then it pop-out some problem no ever one year's usage....=.=..... I fall for it at first glimpse that it was covered by leather which made it looked special and elegant, and then I straightaway bought it without considered twice or compared it with other brands. And then, it GG totally...=.=....* LESSON learn: Don't judge a LAPTOP by its cover*

We decided to go Plaza Low Yat actually, where the mall includes of almost all IT stuffs in the market. However, we accidentally went into LDP highway, since I kept on talking with bf all the way in car. We didn't ever notice that he has driven into Sunway area actually.....=.= *sesat couple*

Therefore, we turned our way and changed to Paradigm Mall at the end to crave for dinner as we were hungry that time. This is the first time that I entered this shopping complex after it has operated so far although we always pass by it.

We are hovering and thinking what to have for dinner and bf suggested for Chili's.I have no high interest on it as the food portion at there were quite huge actually. At the end, we choose plan B since it has high rating among bloggers for its breakfast and brunch.

I planned to order their breakfast/brunch category too where I aimed for poached eggs actually, but unfortunately it is served until 6pm only.

My Duck Confit Ciabatta
*Served with a small cup of salad that content of caramelized onions, radicchio, watercress with toasted walnuts as toppings. Along with home-made chips which made of yam and sweet potatoes.*
Ciabatta is a type of Italian bread that made with bread flour/high-protein flour and fermented by yeast. The texture of it is fluffy and taste slightly dry as compare to other type of bread.

Hot Chocolate with small marshmallow on top
The chocolate wasn't too sweet at all that it goes well with the marshmallow which slowly melt in it.

Moroccan Lamb Meatballs Spaghetti
*Served in lamb meatballs lamb bolognese with smoky eggplant roasted cherry tomatoes*

Banana Cake with Caramel Cream and Walnut
NO COMMENT on it as I not really fancy for caramel and walnut....=.=

Plan B belongs to the Big Group actually. *No wonder their menu similar to Ben's*....=.=

Fall in love with BAKING_ Apple cake again @ home

Baking serves as my hottest interest recently that it really kills a lot of bored time for me during my jobless period. I have been familiar with busy lifestyle and some times just feel uncomfortable for my current superb relax life....=.=...swt

And I bake apple cake regularly not because of I love apple, just because my fridge always full with a lot of apples!

见人见智 @ Pak Hailam Kopitiam, Tesco Extra Cheras

There are quite a number of coffee shop or kopitiam opened in recent years, and most of them are in franchise nature which we can see it everywhere, ever in shopping mall. Convenience and comfortable dine-in environment are undoubtedly provided as we can have our meal in a cozier place with air conditional, but does the quality of foods have been ensured? Yet, we can always rely to their center kitchen when we worry about the uncertainty of the food quality and quantity, but do the staff of the kopitiam did their part in serving a good taste of their foods? This kind of problems are perhaps mostly challenge the kopitiam organizer as their staffs act as the last stage in preparing food just right before they serve to customers.

This remind my previous part-time working experience that I used to work as waitress as well at Old Town, Pandan Indah when I just came back from National Service at Sarawak. There was an aunty who worked in kitchen and responsible for cooking. She was the one who thought me a lot of cooking skills and so inspire my cooking interest as well. She always have passion in preparing food for customer, and never tiring for some repeated steps (which are not necessary actually as those steps were not mentioned in preparing foods when she was trained in center kitchen), just to make sure that the customers have their delicious foods. She was the one who told me that we have to deep-fried chicken for twice just to make sure the chicken were crunchier and less oily taste. She was the one who will fried the ikan bilis again when it arrived from center kitchen. She also was the only who braised pomelo skin in dark soy sauce slowly and made it taste like delicious stewed pork skin. * I MISS HER so much~* It's seriously hard to find a person who will cook with heart and passion nowadays as this is a fast moving world.

I went toPak Hailam kopitiam today with mum after shopping, just to take a break for our tiring legs. This is the first time that I dine-in at here, and probably I won't come for second time for this outlet in short moment.

Chicken Bao. The filling still very cold and it taste disgusting actually with cold filling.

Pak Hailam Special. Nothing special at all where it neither taste nor smell of coffee aroma. The coffee was not hot enough, and same goes to their cup.

Omega Soft-Boiled Eggs on Toast

Kangkung Sotong

Although the foods' taste were in low-average rate at overall, but undeniably, it still attract quite a lot of people dine-in at here. It's merely not at my taste, but suit for others. *见人见智*

lunch @ Nan Yang Authentic, 南华楼 Pavillion

UOA = UOA KL and UOA Bangsar

UOA KL not equal to UOA Bangsar. Don't mixed up them and thought that them are the same building or location as me.....LOL.....poor geographical sense

I went to UOA Bangsar for interview this morning and planned to lunch with my friend, Kanix who is working at UOA too. And guess how blur am I that Kanix is working at UOA KL actually, instead of UOA Bangsar....=.=.

End up, I go to Pavilion to meet her up for lunch at 南华楼.

2nd time @ Suki-ya, Pavillion

Just finish lunch with Kanix at 南华楼 and she went back to her office to continue her work. I walk alone in the mall by searching some baking mold for my cake as it enlighten my jobless period in home when I bored. It usually serves as the only interested place that I will shop to and never get bored of it when I was alone.

After bought some mold and baking stuffs, I called my sis come to fetch me as usual as I lazy to take LRT back by myself. By purposely coming all the way from my house to Pavillion with mum to fetch me, I have been threat to treat them a meal.

*This is a lesson for being lazy to take public transport go back by myself*

I had Suki-ya as lunch with my colleagues just 2 or 3 months ago, and gonna to have it as second time tonight. It really serves as heaven for those meat lover or big appetite people, but not for me. I will be happier if I can have more vege choices tonight as I'm on my way to diet. Sis, mum and me have ordered 2 plates for each chicken, beef and lamb slices, and yet we can't finish these 6 plates by 3 of us....=.=!!!.....I think we should go for ala-carte steamboat next time instead of buffet style as we not really fancy with meat.

BUT, I have a strong feeling that I gonna to come again as third time as bf haven't tried it yet. My diet plan really gonna gone....>.<

Dessert of the day: Blueberry Cheese Cake from RT Pastry.
YES, we all are freaky full but we still want to eat it!

We have a lot time to spend (waste?) actually ever we finished dinner and the shopping complex closed. So where would you do or what would you do in these 2 hours??? Forex

It has been several months for me to join in Forex and yet now I only started to trade for it recently....=.= and mostly because of I am really freaky free due to jobless (hence have to earn some pocket money....LOL).

My account has been traded by the internal fund manager so far since I opened it at April 2012, right after my birthday. The record is still ok when it has loss and profit since they were following the tips/info from their internal analyst actually.

YES, you are correct. We are using MT4 all the time (and I guess, perhaps it is the most famous tool used by forex trader in fact.)

Well, I admit that I am a moderate risk-taker people where I trade my account in a bigger lot size actually as  compare tho those internal fund manager. And I don't ever put stop loss order whenever I placed an order/request for it as I believe the price will always go along with your perspective, just it might take longer time (perhaps wait for several months under severe circumstances just to avoid close any deal in unfavour condition).

Here is the result/profit that I gained in these recent 2 days where you are see that there were no stop loss order have been placed at there (BUT, it is strongly not recommended as we can't know exactly what are going to happen in future, hence placing a stop loss order can prohibit you from dipping into deeper hole).

And of cause, before I decided to trade my real account, I have been practicing by demo accounts first (don't expect that I am so 'brave' to trade my real money without any knowledge or experience). It is still advisable to let your real account to be traded by internal fund manager, or someone who is experience and reliable. After all, it's still our REAL money but nothing more than that!

SO? Make sure that you have practiced enough with demo account AND have at least some financial knowledge first only you start with your real account.
